5. Prices

All prices are displayed in euros (€), including VAT. Prices may be modified at any time without prior notice. The applicable price is the one displayed at the time of order confirmation.

6. Payment

Accepted payment methods include Credit/Debit card, PayPal, and Bank transfer. Products are shipped only after full payment has been received.

7. Shipping

Delivery is restricted to the Luxembourg area only. The estimated delivery time is 3 to 5 working days. Carriers include G&W Experiences in-house delivery, Post Luxembourg, and DHL. Shipping fees are free for orders above €70 and a €4 flat fee for orders below €70.

8. Claims & Delivery Issues

Any damage must be reported within 48 hours after delivery, including photographic evidence. No late claims will be accepted.

9. Returns & Refunds

Customers have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of receipt. Eligible products include all products except opened bottles or products with removed seals. Regarding return conditions, the product must be unopened and in initial condition. Return costs are at the customer’s expense for voluntary returns and at G&W Experiences Sàrl-S expense if transport damage is proven. Refunds will be a full refund or store credit at the customer’s choice, and will be processed within 14 days after receipt of returned goods. The return address is G&W Experiences Sàrl-S, 144 Z.A.E. Wolser A, L-3225 Bettembourg, Luxembourg.

10. Liability

G&W Experiences Sàrl-S cannot be held liable for improper use of products, indirect or consequential damages, or loss of profits or commercial loss.

11. Force Majeure

G&W Experiences Sàrl-S shall not be liable for failure or delay due to events beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, system failures or supplier disruptions.

12. Retention of Title

Products remain the property of G&W Experiences Sàrl-S until full payment has been received.

13. Applicable Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by Luxembourg law. Any dispute shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Luxembourg.

14. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including texts, images, logos, and trademarks, is protected by intellectual property law. Any reproduction without written authorization is prohibited.
